Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Optometric Assistant (Telehealth) to be the face of patient care during remote eye exams. You’ll guide patients through the Telemed experience, perform preliminary testing knowledge, and relay information to clinicians in a simple, friendly way.
You will support the store’s exam lane, maintain accurate records, and help educate patients on eyewear options while delivering exceptional customer service in a bold, human voice.
