This remote position offers the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still engaging in meaningful clinical work. While you will primarily provide services from your home environment, you will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and continuous support. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that you have access to various professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, fostering a holistic and integrated treatment model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs accurately, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to provide individual, group, and family therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to effectively address a range of mental health issues.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments, ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with other healthcare providers.
  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing your skills to deliver empathetic and immediate care.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic prioritizes inclusivity, allowing you to enhance your clinical experience and cultural competence while serving clients from a wide array of backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • Possess an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients across diverse demographics.
  • Display exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to engage effectively with clients from various communities.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in community mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate effective remote service delivery.
  • Training in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
