Location: Rosedale
Vision Works is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to ensure a great patient experience by preparing patients for onsite and remote examinations. You will perform pre-exam tests, document results in EMR, and explain each step of the process to patients.
In this role you will liaise between patients and optometrists, assist with insurance preauthorization, and coordinate with retail staff to schedule future exams and convey doctor recommendations.
