Porter is hiring a Check-in Specialist to join our healthcare coordination team. You will manage the day-of appointment check-in process for providers and Practice Coordinators in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Responsibilities include making multiple check-in calls, communicating with providers via Athena chat, coordinating with coordinators, and resolving day-of issues while handling insurance verifications. Prior healthcare CSR experience is preferred;
Athena/Salesforce experience is a plus.
