• Work directly with children and families in home-based or community settings, following individualized ABA treatment plans
• Implement programs to improve communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support behavior reduction strategies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent, empathetic communication
• Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it (we offer guidance, and support!)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Genuine passion for helping children reach their goals through evidence-based ABA therapy
