Signature Performance is seeking an Observation Medical Coder for a remote nationwide role. You will review records to assign accurate E/M, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation and coding guidelines.
Responsibilities include reviewing discharge summaries, progress notes, labs and imaging to assign codes, determining DRG/APC, and ensuring complete, compliant submissions for reimbursement. Two+ years of professional coding experience and EHR proficiency are required.
