Mercato is seeking full-time or part-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide evidence-based nutrition assessments, counseling, and education to Medicaid members in Washington State via virtual encounters.
RDNs will deliver person-centered services, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Nutrition Services to ensure high-quality care. The role is a W2 position with a minimum of 30 hours per week (full-time) or 12 hours per week (part-time).
