MySpectrum provides teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. As a Teletherapist, you will work from home or your own office, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. You will have a steady stream of clients and income while we handle credentialing, billing, platform, marketing, and scheduling.
Job SummaryThe Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week; part‑time therapists can begin with at least 7 sessions per week.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Offer input on best strategies, techniques, and services to help clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to company growth.
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; multiple state licenses are a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong commitment to growth and building a caseload.
- Must have high‑speed internet access and a HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
- Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth platforms.
- Flexible scheduling and ability to create your own hours.
- Work from home or your own office; live anywhere in Virginia.
