Visionworks of America is seeking an Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to prepare patients for onsite or remote exams, perform pre-exam testing, and explain each step of the process. You will liaise between patients and Optometrists and participate in the early patient journey.
Responsibilities include assisting with eye examinations, documenting results in EMR, and helping with insurance preauthorization. Training provided and a fast-paced retail environment.
