Synergy Health and Wellness, LLC is a multi-disciplinary clinic in Bend, OR, bringing together Licensed Massage Therapists, Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, and Certified Diabetes Educators to provide integrated care. As Bend’s only clinic grounded in the Health At Every Size® (HAES) philosophy, the team emphasizes inclusive, weight-neutral, and person-centered services. About the Role

Outpatient services are provided in person at our 3 locations throughout sunny Central Oregon. Local travel will be required. Will consider remote work for the right candidate.

Status:
Part-time or Full-Time

Flexible schedule in a family-friendly business. Arrange your schedule around child-care needs and family obligations.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Some weekends required:
Up to 8 Saturdays per year

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care and Education
  • Using evidence-based weight-inclusive practices, conducts assessments, interventions, DSME, and follow-up in a patient-centered manner for patients referred by area providers.
  • Collaborates with a team of dietitians.
  • Develop, conduct, maintain, and provide support for diabetes and nutrition group education programs.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) skills to support patients in a patient-centered manner.
  • Administrative
  • Participate in collaboration of care and marketing to area providers.
  • Utilize technology effectively and efficiently for scheduling, communications, and record keeping.
  • Maintains accurate records and completes documentation in a timely manner.
  • Provide oversight and record-keeping, compliance for ADCES accredited diabetes program.
Qualifications
  • Required RDN credential and State of Oregon Licensed Dietitian
  • CDCES credential
  • Belief in and adherence to Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating philosophies
