We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated BCBA to serve families in Northwest Atlanta. This role is for someone who leads with empathy, believes in neurodiversity, and wants to practice ABA the way it should be practiced—affirming, ethical, and empowering. You must be ready to make a meaningful six-month minimum commitment because the families who come to depend on you deserve consistency.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans using the Empowerment Model
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with compassion and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure holistic support
• Deliver parent/caregiver training that empowers families and affirms their child's identity
• Monitor progress through data-driven decision-making while centering the individual's preferences and goals
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with the BACB Ethics Code and our neurodiversity-affirming values

Required:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active or ability to obtain Georgia licensure (LBA)
• Commitment to a minimum of six (6) months of service
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services in Marietta, Kennesaw, and Acworth
• A heart for serving neurodivergent individuals and families with compassion
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening

Preferred:

• Experience with neurodiversity-affirming or assent-based ABA frameworks
• Familiarity with the Empowerment Model or person-centered approaches
• Bilingual candidates warmly welcomed
• Telehealth experience
