Footcare Home Visits works with most major insurance providers, helping patients access needed care with minimal financial barriers. Role Description

This part-time Podiatrist role is a hybrid position based in Vineland, NJ, with a combination of in-person home visits across South Jersey and some administrative or follow-up work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing podiatric examinations, diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions, managing chronic conditions such as diabetic foot issues, and prescribing or managing orthotics and other interventions. The Podiatrist will document clinical encounters, coordinate with primary care and specialty providers as needed, and ensure compliance with insurance and clinical guidelines.

The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on foot health, preventive care, and treatment plans, while maintaining strong professional communication and timely follow-up. Flexibility, reliable transportation for home visits, and commitment to patient-centered care are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

Required:

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree and current, unrestricted New Jersey podiatry license (or eligibility to obtain).

Would like candidates with:

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and Podiatry, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
  • Knowledge of Biomechanics
  • Experience managing Diabetes-related foot complications, including prevention, monitoring, and treatment of high-risk patients
  • Clinical experience in home-based or outpatient podiatry settings preferred, with strong patient education and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits throughout South Jersey and comfort working in varied home environments.
