Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult)

Full‑time or Part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond.

The Teletherapist provides therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45–60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists average approximately 30 client sessions per week. Part‑time therapists may begin with a minimum of 7 sessions per week and work toward full‑time when feasible.

• Provide virtual therapy in 45–60 minute sessions.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress notes and submit to the EHR.
• Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to support client outcomes.
• Participate actively in the MySpectrum team.

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia. Licensure in additional states is a plus.
• Eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate on company growth.
• Flexibility to commit to building a caseload and continuity.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a secure HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
