Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure, user-friendly platforms to foster a safe space for clients, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.
- Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of individual client needs and goals, allowing for dynamic adjustment of therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records by utilizing our reliable therapist portal, equipped with digital tools designed for efficient documentation and tracking of progress.
- Apply evidence‑based practices, including applied behavior analysis techniques, to support clients experiencing behavioral health challenges and enhance their coping strategies.
- Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration, attending virtual team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and refine best practices.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to empower them with knowledge on mental health issues, thereby enhancing engagement in their own treatment processes.
Our therapeutic services primarily cater to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co‑occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, focusing particularly on adolescents and their families, fostering healing and joy through a compassionate and understanding approach.
Qualifications- A Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work is required, specifically focused on attaining licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
- Active State licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is mandatory to practice.
- Proficiency in using telehealth methodologies for effective counseling and client engagement.
- Knowledge of current best practices, principles, and trends in individual and family counseling to deliver high-quality care.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, specifically in co‑occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.
- Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic techniques suited to diverse client needs.
