While this is a remote position notlocatedat a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following,and other duties may be assigned.

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.

• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.

• Understand and support national,regional,and territory salesobjectivesto achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.

• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager,and Area Directors toidentifypotential sales opportunities.

• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer trainingformapping and other CA Solutions products.

• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.

• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding
  
  Medtronic CAS products,service and support.

• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient inthe mapping technology.

• High school diplomaPLUSa minimum of6years ofrelatedwork experience incardiac mapping and navigation.

• Associate degreePLUSa minimum of4years ofrelatedwork experience incardiac mapping and navigation.

• Bachelor’sdegree plus a minimum of2years ofrelatedwork experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of fouryears’work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinicor sales.

• Proven track record with technical training assignments.

• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical salesprovidingtechnical / clinical support.

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation

• Arerequiredtobe within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise

• Will on occasion berequiredto travel outside of their assigned territory and possibility overnight

• Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
