When working from our outpatient office, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers, psychologists, and case managers. • Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, including conducting in-depth evaluations and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, such as individuals, couples, and families, focusing on developing coping strategies and improving emotional health.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that methods are customized based on client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatments and practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary, preferably within an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Strong foundation in legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
