Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully RemoteThis is a hybrid and in-person position
, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical services.
Please note:
This is not a fully remote position. In-person services at our Lawrenceville location and/or assigned service locations are required based on client and clinical needs.

, as well as qualified BCBAs from other states who are interested in applying and are willing to relocate to Georgia
. Candidates should be prepared to travel to the office and provide in-person services as required.

As a BCBA
, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.
Maintain an active caseload and meet approximately 120 billable utilization hours per month
, including supervision, treatment planning, treatment planning with a face-to-face component, parent training, and related clinical servicesProvide behavior-analytic supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs
Utilize evidence-based supervision strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST)
Conduct skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS
, as well as preference and reinforcer assessments when appropriateDevelop individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and programming based on client needs
Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress
Establish data collection systems and ensure accurate, ongoing data collection
Participate in team meetings and coordinate care as requested by families
Support and lead team members during behavioral crisis situations using appropriate behavior-analytic principles
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements
