Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Needham, MA (REMOTE)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr

  • Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

We rely on clinicians to evaluate mental health conditions, provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and maintain necessary documentation. Full-Time clinicians must maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working with clients with diverse concerns.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.

Valuable

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health practice.
  • Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network.
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
  • Specialty area of practice.
