The Remote Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) role is built for BCBAs who are passionate about mentorship, clinical coaching, and developing the next generation of behavior analysts. In this role, you will help Case Supervisors (practicum/fieldwork students) grow into confident, thoughtful, and well-prepared future BCBAs by providing hands-on supervision, structured feedback, and real-time clinical coaching.
This is a remote role, with an ask of travel to AZ to help support in-person. An ideal candidate would travel to AZ 5-8 days per month to provide in-person support and supervision to their practicum students.
- Base pay:$ - $/year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
- Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and availability.
- Remote: This role is a mostly remote role with an ask of travel to AZ to help support in-person. An ideal candidate would travel to AZ 5-8 days per month. The occasional in-person support is aimed to maintain high quality supervision, as well as build a broader connection with the local team.
- Support and training: The Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) owns the coaching and mentorship of up to 4 Case Supervisors as they build clinical decision-making skills and prepare for the BCBA exam. This is a hands-on leadership role for a BCBA who wants to develop other clinicians, not a caseload-first position.

- Coach and mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision-making skills, with a focus on BCBA exam preparation and role readiness
- Provide weekly hours of billable supervision focused Case Supervisor coaching and development for the clients on their caseload
- Hold a small caseload of clients, as needed, depending on the Case Supervisor staffing at the center
- Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans
- Use ESDM-informed strategies (we provide training, ESDM experience not required)
- Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs
