Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $62K-80K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create treatment plans, and document according to company policy.
• Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, handle diverse client concerns, and maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Pass a background check.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas are valuable.
