Weekend​/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in California.

Clinicians must hold an active independent license and reside in the state where they practice.

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position. Total compensation is up to $28,000 and includes a flat rate plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure level.

• LPCC
• LMFT
• LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Conduct a minimum of 10 telehealth sessions per week.
• Provide care as a Behavioral Health Generalist, including couples and/or children.
• Have interest in progressing to leadership or supervisory roles.
