About the RoleIn the Therapist role you will evaluate new patients, provide compassionate care, and collaborate with your admin and clinical teams as needed. At Well Psyche you are respected as a professional by colleagues, patients, and the admin team. You are empowered to do what is best for your patients and can provide care from the comfort of home as this is a Telehealth-only position.
- Your primary responsibility is to support patients with compassionate care
- You will conduct assessments of their current mental state
- Develop a treatment plan that helps them improve
- Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate
- Collaborate with the executive team to create positive patient experiences and outcomes.
