Weekend​/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Arizona. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

This is a fee‑for‑service (W2) position with total compensation up to $27,000. The package includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Experience diagnosing required.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles/supervisors.
