As a BCBA at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.

- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
