What You’ll DoAs a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
You’lllead Mental Health IOP Groups,facilitateindividualand family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.

- Schedule:
Monday - Friday 3pm-9pm (about 30 hours per week) - Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
- Develop andmaintainperson-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insightandempowerment
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducationaland skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
- Complete clinical documentation accurately andtimely
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Required Qualifications- Comfortable working in a remote capacity
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- EMDR experience is preferred
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
