We're looking for Per Diem BCBAs across Arizona who are passionate about clinical excellence, value flexibility, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

This is a statewide Arizona opportunity offering flexible work arrangements, including remote, home-based, hybrid, and in-person services
, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, location, and assigned cases.

BCBAs may have the opportunity to provide services remotely when appropriate, while certain cases and clinical responsibilities may require home-based or in-person services
.

BCBAs currently living anywhere in Arizona are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside Arizona may also apply if they are willing to relocate to Arizona when in-person services or other position requirements make relocation necessary and they meet all applicable certification and state licensure requirements.

Please note: Remote opportunities are available; however, some cases may require in-person services based on client and family needs. Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary.

As a Per Diem BCBA
, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services designed around each client's unique needs and environment.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

• Create individualized behavior support plans

• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress

• Conduct skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS
  , and other appropriate assessments

• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide caregiver and parent training using family-centered approaches
