Each client is supported by a dedicated intake coordinator, case manager, and behavior technician to ensure seamless, timely care. The agency fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where clinicians can develop their skills and advance their careers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Utah, United States. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design evidence-based behavior intervention programs for children with autism and related needs. The role involves supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, and analyzing data to make ongoing clinical decisions and progress updates.

The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals, provide caregiver training, and participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and contributing to a positive, inclusive clinical environment.

Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines; master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
  • Skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring, with the ability to adjust treatment strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs, including training in ABA procedures, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families, school teams, and multidisciplinary providers; ability to provide clear caregiver and staff training.
  • Knowledge of behavior-analytic documentation standards, Medicaid or insurance-related requirements, and familiarity with electronic health record or practice management systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Utah, manage a clinical caseload, and travel locally to home and school settings as needed.
  • Preferred experience in home-based and school-based ABA services, crisis management, and culturally responsive care; bilingual skills are a plus.
