Sight Optometry in Mountain View, California, is seeking a personable and compassionate Associate Optometrist to join its private practice.

This part-time opportunity is available immediately for two to three days per week, with the potential to grow into full-time employment for the right fit.

At Sight Optometry in Mountain View, California, you’ll join an established practice that has proudly served families since 2007. The team of professionals is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate eye care for every stage of life, from a child’s first eye exam to long-term vision health for growing families. With appointments scheduled every half hour and pre-testing supported by staff, doctors have the time and resources to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care using advanced diagnostic technology, exceptional eyewear, specialty contact lenses, and myopia management, with plans to expand services to include dry eye treatment.

As an Associate Optometrist, you’ll provide routine eye exams and personalized care for patients of all ages, with pre-testing completed by trained staff so you can focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, and building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll have access to advanced technology, including an autorefractor, visual field testing, Optomap, corneal topographer, OCT, and axial length measurement, to support comprehensive exams and high-quality outcomes.

You’re a personable, compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about patients and is committed to delivering excellent eye care. You’re confident working with patients of all ages, skilled in routine exams, and interested in specialty services such as specialty contact lenses and dry eye treatment. With strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning, you’ll help create a positive patient experience while supporting the practice’s continued growth and reputation in the community.
