This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from your home or another comfortable setting while also being part of an outpatient facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote their overall well-being.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate progress and address various mental health issues.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest practices and innovations in mental health care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
  • An active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based counseling techniques and therapies.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth platforms, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (such as CBT or DBT), and a background in working with specific populations like children or veterans will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
