• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families
• Advocate for client well-being and ensure access to appropriate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions
• Supervise and mentor limited-license social workers as needed

• Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Full licensure in Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience in a clinical, medical, or telehealth setting (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
