Overview
MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across multiple spectrums, including Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We are looking for licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP clinicians in Virginia (and those with multi‑state licenses) to provide teletherapy through our HIPAA‑compliant platform.
We provide a private practice‑style environment where we manage credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and electronic health records so clinicians can focus solely on therapy.
Job SummaryThe Teletherapist will deliver 45‑60 minute virtual sessions via our teletherapy platform. Full‑time clinicians can expect a caseload of 30‑35 sessions per week, while part‑time clinicians work to build a manageable caseload. We help clinicians grow into full‑time roles and offer flexibility for those supplementing income.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Recommend strategies, techniques, and services to support client outcomes
- Contribute to the growth and development of My Spectrum
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; multi‑state licensure is encouraged
- Experience with diverse populations
- Willingness to contribute to company growth and share client‑centered ideas
- Commitment to continuity and caseload development
