Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult)

Full-time or Part‑Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia is required; additional state licenses are encouraged.

MySpectrum provides outpatient counseling and coaching via teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. We seek versatile therapists who can build a caseload remotely and may work from home or an office.

The Teletherapist will deliver therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45–60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists typically handle ~30 client sessions per week; part‑time therapists are hired for at least 7 sessions per week.

• Provide virtual therapy in standard 45–60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies and service offerings.
• Participate as a member of the MySpectrum team.

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
