Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Join a team that’s passionate about helping children thrive! Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We offer both school-based and home-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45AM AM - 3:00 PM
Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day. ABA sessions available after school (optional)
Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.
