We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S) to provide outpatient therapy services while mentoring and supervising pre-licensed clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys developing future therapists while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Deliver clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Alabama regulations
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
- Support clinician growth through mentorship, consultation, and professional development
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Alabama licensure as:
- LPC-S
- LMFT-S
- LICSW-S (or equivalent board-approved supervisor designation)
- Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Insurance panel credentialing preferred

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
