Pediatric Physical Therapist

F.I.T. PT provides high-quality, compassionate Physical Therapy services in the home, daycares, schools, and community. We are proud to also partner with a PPEC/Medical Daycare center to serve medically complex children in a nurturing, team-based environment. Our mission is to make therapy accessible, family-centered, and impactful for every child we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide therapy in the following setting(s) of your choice:

• Home-based therapy for children in Palm Beach County- (Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach)
• Therapy provided in schools/daycare centers.
• PPEC/Medical Daycare therapy for medically complex children in Boynton Beach.

This is a flexible position, ideal for therapists who want to manage their own schedules, choose their own travel range, and build a caseload with the option to be PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time.

• Flexible scheduling – pick up as little as 6 sessions per week, with the ability to build up to 40 sessions per week

• Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy services.
• Deliver therapy services in children's homes, schools, daycares, and/or a PPEC/Medical Daycare setting.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Pediatric experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel within South Palm Beach County.
