Ken Crest Services is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience to join our Early Intervention Program in Philadelphia, PA, serving children birth - three years old and their families as a direct service provider.

As a Ken Crest Occupational Therapist, you will be part of an agency that serves over 10,000 children and adults and their families ranging in age from infants to senior adults in over 350 locations across the region. For over 120 years, our services focus on people with intellectual & developmental disabilities and autism. Our Early Intervention Program is dedicated to working collaboratively with families to support children birth-three years of age with or at-risk for developmental delay.

Our interventionists include speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, special instructors, social workers, and nutritionists. Be part of a well-established team dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive, family-centered care to all children.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Include
  • Provide 22.5 hours of direct service Birth-to-Three Early Intervention services for children and families in the city of Philadelphia (60% of working time of a 37.5 hour work week).
  • Maintain documentation standards as required by program, county, and OCDEL.
  • Complete annual OCDEL and Philadelphia county required trainings, and maintain professional license(s) as required by the state
  • Provide direct services utilizing OCDEL’s evidence-based model Family Guided Routines Based Interventions (FGRBI).
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapist license, State of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 1-year Pediatric experience
  • Minimum of 1-year Early Intervention or Home-Based Service Delivery experience, preferred
