What We’re Offering
  • Potential Annual Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
  • Bonus:

  • Hybrid Flexibility:
    Build a schedule around a mix of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision and telehealth, including up to 50% remote work for your in-home cases. Monday–Friday, no required Saturdays - you’re in control.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support:
    Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.

    Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
