Responsibilities Include- Providing ethical and effective ABA therapy tailored to individual needs
- Supervising and mentoring BCBA and RBT staff
- Collaborating with families, team members, and community partners
- Shaping programs based on data and client progress
- Participating in community events and advocacy activities
- Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification (or in progress)
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
