New Bedford, MA | Travel Required | Mileage Reimbursement

Pay & Schedule

• $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available
• Part-Time Annual: $40,000 – $75,000
• Full-Time Annual: $85,000 – $95,000
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after probationary period)

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home-based respiratory services, including CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen therapy. Respiratory Clinician Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on proper use of equipment and respiratory care procedures
• Educate patients and/or caregivers to ensure equipment is operated and maintained effectively
• Set up and operate respiratory equipment including oxygen therapy, CPAP, and BiPAP in office and on the road in patient homes
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and required documentation
• Consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, condition, and home environment
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to respiratory patient care
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Summary

Qualifications

• Active license required: LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
• Familiarity with CPAP and oxygen therapy strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel and perform home visits
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently during an 8-hour day
• Ability to stand/walk up to 7 hours during an 8-hour day
• Ability to sit up to 1 hour during an 8-hour day
