All Seniors Foundation offers home-based rehabilitation services to help elderly clients regain strength, balance, and mobility. Our goal is to improve independence and quality of life through personalized therapy programs.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (Home Health PTA), you will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement exercises, monitor patient progress, and encourage seniors to reach their functional goals. Your supportive guidance fosters confidence and motivation.

• Assist with exercise programs, mobility training, and therapeutic activities.
• Observe and report patient responses to the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments, changes, and improvements in patient function.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.

• Valid PTA license or certification in California.
• Experience working with geriatric patients or in home health settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and observation skills.

You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed therapist, delivering treatment plans in seniors’ homes, monitoring progress, and providing feedback on patient response. Expect to see 5-7 patients per day across Greater LA.
