Autism Allies Incorporated is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Agawam, MA. Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skills assessments to guide treatment goals
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure consistency across environments
- Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or BTs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Massachusetts licensure (LABA) preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
