About the Role

Autism Allies Incorporated is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Agawam, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism by delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skills assessments to guide treatment goals
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff
  • Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure consistency across environments
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines
Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
  • Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or BTs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Massachusetts licensure (LABA) preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
