Role:
Head of US Medical Affairs, Oncology, overseeing regional strategy, teams, and external partnerships. Objectives include leading a large medical organization, shaping innovative oncology treatment approaches, and supporting clinical development and data dissemination.

Responsibilities:

• manage >35 home office medical teams and ~145 Field Medical Directors;
• develop US medical strategies aligned with global oncology goals;
• foster stakeholder relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and commercial partners;
• oversee investigator-sponsored research, data generation, and educational initiatives;
• contribute to global asset lifecycle planning;
• ensure operational excellence in clinical trial support and medical activities.

Qualifications:

• MD or PharmD with oncology specialty;
• 10+ years pharma experience, including 5+ in oncology;
• proven leadership in medical organizations;
• strong communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills;
• deep knowledge of oncology market landscape, clinical trial design, and key opinion leader engagement.

High Value: oncology, US market, multiple tumor areas, immuno-oncology, clinical trial support, global/regional collaboration, leadership of large matrixed teams, ~30% US travel.
