Mental Health Counselor​/Therapist

Jackson County Therapy is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving Southern Oregon. Founded in 2024, we provide evidence-based behavioral health services with an emphasis on clinical quality and measurable outcomes. Following our move in 2025, we are continuing to expand our team and are seeking clinicians who value professional collaboration and delivering effective, outcome-focused care.

Schedule & Flexibility:

We offer a highly flexible schedule designed to work around your life. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, and we are open to clinicians who may have other professional or family commitments. Both evening and weekend hours as well as more traditional hours are available.

Pay:

Compensation varies based on experience, licensure, part-time vs. full-time status, and other factors. Our current compensation range is approximately $75-$125 per hour for part-time, and $80,000-$100,000 for full-time

Location:

We primarily see clients in office, so we prefer someone local and willing to work from our Medford location most days, but we also offer flexibility to work from home when schedules and client needs allow. Telehealth sessions, documentation, supervision, meetings, and other administrative work can often be completed remotely when it makes sense. .
