- As an independent contractor, you maintain control over your availability and session scheduling. You can set your sessions to fit your schedule, so you can meet with your clients at a time that works for you. This is remote anywhere in Florida.

- You have access to our Electronic Health Record System, making it easy to keep track of client notes and treatment plans online, securely, and at no cost to you. This is a HIPPA-compliant platform.
- Session rate starts at $75.
- Your work matters, and so does timely compensation. Our faster pay cycle ensures prompt payment for your sessions, supporting stability and financial peace of mind while you focus on caring for your clients.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited university, in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and Psychology, or similar fields.
- Active licensure in the State of Florida in Clinical Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling and Psychology, or the equivalent.
- Willingness to affirm and operate in alignment with HEAL's Statement of Faith and Family.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
