Rainbow Omega, Inc. is a faith-based, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive vocational, residential, and Day Habilitation programs to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our campus thrives on a culture of respect, safety, and community care. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Residential/Day Habilitation Aide to bridge daytime learning and evening residential living for our wonderful residents.

The Residential / Day Habilitation Aide plays a critical role in providing direct care, mentorship, and daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Splitting time between our structured Day Habilitation Program and the residential home environment in the early evening, you will guide individuals through independent living skills, job training, and behavioral development. This position is perfect for a dedicated care professional looking to make a true, lifelong impact.

• Day Habilitation Support: Assist individuals throughout the day with structured on-campus activities, social development, and personal care.
• Vocational & Job Training
  :
  Guide individuals in learning, practicing, and sharpening pre-vocational and job skills to foster independence.
• Independent Living
  
  Skills:
  
  Provide hands-on training for vital daily life skills both in the program setting and within the residential home during the late afternoon and evening.
• Behavior Plan Implementation: Correctly and safely implement individual behavior support plans, including crisis procedures, to ensure a stable and therapeutic environment.
• Continuity of Care: Manage the daily transition of individuals from their daytime vocational programs back into their evening residential homes seamlessly.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum of one (1) year of dedicated experience working with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is strictly required.
• Education
  :
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Age Requirement
  :
  Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Licensing
  :
  Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Background Check: A clear pre-employment background check and a clean drug screen are strict requirements.
