Ellie Mental Health in Owings Mills, MD is looking for licensed therapists (LCSW-C and LCPC who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000

• Supervising
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20
  -25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Maryland clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC)
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
