F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute is seeking a Medical Dosimetrist to join our collaborative radiation oncology team.

Our dosimetrists work closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiation therapists, and fellow dosimetrists, with access to advanced treatment technologies, continuing education, clinical projects, and opportunities to help shape the future of our program.

• Develop external beam treatment plans, including photon and electron treatments, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and adaptive planning.
• Perform image registration, fusion, contouring, and treatment‑planning calculations using CT, PET, MRI, and 4D CT imaging.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and therapists to optimize and safely implement patient treatment plans.
• Participate in quality assurance, clinical research, continuing education, and process improvement.
• Support the education and development of students, therapists, residents, and fellow dosimetrists.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited school for Medical Dosimetry, board certified (MDCB) or board eligible by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board
• Experienced dosimetrists with 5+ years of clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Recent graduates and early‑career dosimetrists who meet certification requirements are also encouraged to apply and will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of radiation physics, radiation therapy, treatment planning, and dosimetric principles.
• Collaborative, patient‑focused approach and commitment to quality and safety.

This position offers a true hybrid work environment, with time divided between remote work and our main campus or satellite locations based on clinical needs.

Hourly Pay Range: $54.03 - $86.45

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
