Job Description & How to Apply Below

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking an Outpatient Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Telehealth services, Hope from Home Program. This role assists with patient coordination, clinical documentation review, insurance authorization and funding tracking. The Outpatient Supervisor serves as a key liaison among patients, clinical staff, providers, and funding resources to help ensure services are delivered effectively, documentation meets policy and regulatory standards, and patients receive the care and support they need throughout their treatment experience.

Why

Choose GRC Telehealth Hope from Home?

GRC Telehealth Hope from Home provides meaningful care to individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment in a flexible, virtual setting. As part of our telehealth team, you will help remove barriers to treatment, support patient engagement, and contribute to a program designed to meet people where they are. This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that values compassionate care, collaboration, and access to treatment.

Why

This Role is Important

The Outpatient Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the quality, consistency, and coordination of telehealth services. By supporting staff, patients, and providers, this role helps promote continuity of care and contributes to positive treatment outcomes.

Your Role in Transforming Recovery

You will help maintain smooth daily operations for the telehealth program by identifying gaps in authorizations, funding contracts, service codes, documentation, and patient support needs. You will assist with maintaining patient tracking databases, reviewing clinical documentation, supporting telehealth clinical communication, attending clinical meetings, and helping resolve scheduling or coverage concerns. You may also provide clinical treatment coverage when needed to support continuity of care.
