Remote Clinical Therapist; Synchronous

Role Overview: The Clinical Talk Therapist is a licensed clinician providing telehealth services remotely, focused on delivering high-quality mental health care to participants. They collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

• Providing 30 hours of direct counseling weekly with concurrent note-taking during sessions.
• Developing treatment plans, participating in team meetings, and advocating for participants’ clinical needs.
• Supporting communication and outreach efforts, and contributing to industry-related activities.
• Serving as a first point of contact for participant concerns and escalating unresolved issues.
• Staying informed on advancements in clinical care and digital techniques.

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT approved for independent practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience treating diverse conditions within an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology, maintaining a professional virtual presence.
• Strong ability to build therapeutic relationships virtually and identify appropriate care levels.
• Proficient with digital tools for administrative and clinical tasks.
• Ability to work remotely in a secure, private environment, with access to necessary devices and internet.
