Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pinehurst, NC - Full-Time, Clinic-Based

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Pinehurst, NC. Our partner is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every client has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Position Details
  • Job Title:

    BCBA
  • Salary: $85,000-$102,000 annually (including bonuses)
    • $85,000-$95,000 annual base salary
    • Up to $12,600 annual billable‑based bonus potential
  • Schedule:

    9am–5pm, Monday–Friday; 1 work‑from‑home day per week after billable requirement met
  • Setting:
    Clinic
  • Caseload: average 5 clients per BCBA (20% supervision encouraged per client)
  • Billable requirement: 25hours per week
  • Location:

    Pinehurst, NC
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct and interpret skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
  • Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that work in real life—home, community, and center.
  • Train, support, and advocate for RBTs.
  • Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to create a comprehensive treatment team for clients.
  • Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
  • BCBA license.
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans.
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families.
